Q: Where are Sol & Agua bikinis made?
A: Our swimwear is designed in Australia and handcrafted in Colombia with premium materials and exceptional artisanal quality.

Q: What materials are used in your swimwear?
A: We use premium stretch fabrics that are soft, durable, and designed for comfort. All our pieces are fully lined for coverage and support.

Q: Are your bikinis reversible?
A: Currently, our bikinis are not reversible, but they feature beautiful prints on one side with solid lining for coverage.

Q: Can I buy tops and bottoms separately?
A: No, all our bikinis are sold as complete sets (top + bottom). This ensures you get the perfect matching look and the best value.

Sizing & Fit

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: We offer sizes S, M, and L. Most of our pieces feature adjustable ties for a customizable fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for more coverage or sizing down for a snugger fit.

Q: Do your bikinis run true to size?
A: Yes, our bikinis are designed to fit true to size. Check the product description for specific fit details.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within Australia. International shipping options are coming soon!

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping within Australia takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD within Australia.

Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned for change of mind. However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Q: What are my rights under Australian Consumer Law?
A: You have consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. If your swimwear is faulty, damaged, doesn't match our description, or is not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy (refund, replacement, or repair).

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: Please contact us immediately at sol-agua@sol-agua.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for faulty or damaged items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Q: Can I get a refund for change of mind?
A: As swimwear is an intimate hygiene product, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing. We're happy to help with sizing questions before you order.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before they are dispatched. Please contact us at sol-agua@sol-agua.com as soon as possible.

Care Instructions

Q: How do I care for my Sol & Agua swimwear?
A: Hand wash in cold water after each use, avoid wringing, and lay flat to dry in the shade. Avoid contact with rough surfaces, oils, and chlorine to extend the life of your swimwear.
